1. Applicability of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“TOS”) apply to all services provided by ICY SIM, including prepaid eSIM sales and related services.
1.2 By using ICY SIM services, you agree to comply with these TOS. ICY SIM may modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website.
1.3 Definitions:
- End Users: Individuals using ICY SIM eSIM services.
- Business Users: Companies purchasing ICY SIM eSIMs for their customers.
- End Customers: Individuals receiving services through a Business User.
- Customer: Umbrella term for any End User, Business User, or End Customer.
2. Services Description
2.1 eSIM Services: ICY SIM resells prepaid eSIMs for mobile connectivity. Customers register to purchase and activate eSIMs via our website or App.
2.2 Registration Requirements:
- End Users: Name, email, and payment information.
- Business Users: Company name, address, email, website, phone, and other relevant info for service delivery.
- End Customers: Information provided by Business Users must comply with data protection laws.
2.3 Service Limitations: ICY SIM strives for quality and reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free delivery. Customers are responsible for device compatibility with eSIM technology.
3. Charges and Payment
3.1 Payment Methods: ICY SIM accepts:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Alipay
All payments are in US Dollars. Additional processing fees may apply.
3.2 Automatic Renewal (End Users): Services renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are charged per billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle.
3.3 Taxes: Fees are VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise. Business Users are responsible for applicable taxes.
3.4 Invoicing: Business Users receive clear invoices for all purchases, including eSIMs, top-ups, and services.
4. Delivery
4.1 Purchased eSIMs are delivered digitally via email and displayed in the user account. Business Users can view all purchased eSIMs and packages in their account dashboard.
5. Refund, Cancellation, and Modification Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility: Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- Activation fails, or travel plans change.
- Technical issues arise on ICY SIM’s end after troubleshooting support.
5.2 Support: ICY SIM provides full technical support prior to approving refunds.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1 Customers must not use ICY SIM services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
6.2 Device compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. ICY SIM is not liable for device-specific limitations or incompatibility.
7. Termination
7.1 End Users: Contracts end upon deletion of the eSIM or violation of TOS.
7.2 Business Users: Contracts end upon completion of agreed commitments or deletion of eSIMs.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 ICY SIM is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
