2. Delivery Method
2.1 All eSIMs are delivered digitally via:
- Email to the address provided at checkout
- Display in the user account on ICYSIM.com
2.2 Business Users can view all purchased eSIMs and packages via their account dashboard.
2.3 No physical shipment is involved. Customers do not need a physical address for delivery, but a valid email and device compatible with eSIM technology are required.
3. Delivery Timing
3.1 Instant Delivery: Most eSIMs are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
3.2 Processing Delays: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification, technical issues, or system maintenance.
3.3 Customers will be notified via email if there is any delay.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Ensure your device is compatible with the purchased eSIM.
4.2 Provide a valid email address at checkout for digital delivery.
4.3 Check spam/junk folders if the eSIM email is not received.
4.4 Contact support@icysim.com immediately if delivery fails or technical issues occur.
5. Refunds and Failed Deliveries
5.1 Refunds or replacements may be requested if the eSIM is not delivered or fails to activate due to technical reasons, within 30 days of purchase.
5.2 All refund requests must follow the ICY SIM Refund Policy.
5.3 ICY SIM is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer email addresses, incompatible devices, or network issues outside our control.
6. Business Users
Business Users purchasing in bulk are responsible for verifying recipient emails and account information. ICY SIM will provide assistance for activation issues but is not responsible for user errors in account management.
