3.3 For Business Users, invoices are generated for all purchases, including bulk eSIM orders or top-ups, and must be paid according to the terms specified on the invoice.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

4.1 Refunds will be issued according to the ICY SIM Refund Policy.

4.2 Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension. ICY SIM reserves the right to investigate all payment disputes.

5.1 All fees include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Business Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in their jurisdiction.

5.3 Additional processing fees from payment providers may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6.2 Payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal may use fraud detection tools, including Stripe Radar, to monitor suspicious activity.

6.3 Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and reporting unauthorized access immediately.
