Plans start at $2 for 1GB valid for 7 days, up to 20GB for $40. You pay once — no contract and no subscription.
Maps and messaging use about 150 MB a day, adding social media and photos about 500 MB, and video or hotspot 1 GB a day or more. Most travellers use about 500 MB a day — the 5GB / 30-day plan ($12) covers a week of moderate use.
ICY SIM plans are data-only, so you don't get a local phone number. Keep your home SIM active for calls and SMS, and use WhatsApp, FaceTime or iMessage over your ICY SIM data.
Yes — hotspot and tethering are supported, so you can share your data with a laptop or a travel companion. It uses your data allowance faster.
Install it at home over Wi-Fi before you leave. The plan's validity starts when you first use data on it, not when you buy or install it, so installing early doesn't cost you any days in Europe.
If your eSIM hasn't been installed yet, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once it's installed or any data has been used it's non-refundable — but we always refund provisioning failures, technical defects and duplicate charges.
