Yes, you can use an eSIM and a physical SIM simultaneously. If your device supports eSIM, you can choose which SIM to use as the primary for calls and texts, and which one for data. Both will work at the same time.
Yes, log in and go to ‘My eSIMs’ to see all your previous eSIMs and the remaining data on your current eSIM.
You should install your eSIM before departure. While installation can be done after you arrive, you’ll need Wi-Fi to complete the setup, so it’s best to do it before you leave. Activate data when you arrive at your destination; it will start working immediately, and data consumption will begin from that point.
- Make a purchase on the ICY website.
- Check the App for QR code.
- Go to Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data > Add Data Plan.
- Scan the QR code.
- Set up a name for the data plan.
- Switch between eSIM and physical SIM.
- Upon arrival, turn on data roaming and activate ICY data plan.
