Yes. An ICY SIM eSIM works across Turkey on Türk Telekom, as long as your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. You install it before you fly and it connects when you land — no SIM shop at the airport and no roaming charges from your home carrier. Most travellers use about 500 MB a day — the 5GB / 30-day plan ($5) covers a week of moderate use.
Most visitors arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) or Antalya (AYT). Buy and install your eSIM before you fly — eSIM provider websites and apps were blocked inside Turkey in 2025. Visits under 120 days don’t need phone (IMEI) registration. More in our Turkey guide.

Yes — hotspot and tethering are supported, so you can share your data with a laptop or a travel companion. It uses your data allowance faster.
Install it at home over Wi-Fi before you leave. The plan's validity starts when you first use data on it, not when you buy or install it, so installing early doesn't cost you any days in Turkey.
If your eSIM hasn't been installed yet, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once it's installed or any data has been used it's non-refundable — but we always refund provisioning failures, technical defects and duplicate charges.
